Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Highbridge Ember Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
