Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
