Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
