Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Wichita producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
