Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Field Financial Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
