Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Bright Vista Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
