Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Lumen Ridge Medical Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
