Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
