Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Highbridge Hollow Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 288 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
