Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sable Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
