Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Thistle Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
