Product Manager - search and discovery (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Providence with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
