Product Manager - search and discovery (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Willow Financial serves customers across Providence with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 911 people based in Providence. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
