Product Manager - search and discovery (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight River Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
