Product Manager - search and discovery (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 771 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
