Product Manager - search and discovery (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Corner Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
