Product Manager - search and discovery (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar North Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Phoenix, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 462 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
