Product Manager - search and discovery (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Quill Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
