Product Manager - search and discovery (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Vale Markets is a Omaha retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
