Product Manager - search and discovery (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Meadow Markets is a Omaha retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
