Product Manager - search and discovery (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bright Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
