Product Manager - search and discovery (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Medical is a Oakland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
