Product Manager - search and discovery (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Willow Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Oakland. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
