Product Manager - search and discovery (Oakland, CA)

Summit Vale Financial is a financial-services company in Oakland. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
