Product Manager - search and discovery (New Orleans, LA)

Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
