Product Manager - search and discovery (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Summit Sparrow Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
