Product Manager - search and discovery (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Milwaukee with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
