Product Manager - search and discovery (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Linden Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
