Product Manager - search and discovery (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Madison, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
