Product Manager - search and discovery (Madison, WI)

Cedar Union Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
