Product Manager - search and discovery (Madison, WI)

Nova Wilder Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
