Product Manager - search and discovery (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Louisville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
