Product Manager - search and discovery (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ridge Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
