Product Manager - search and discovery (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Corner Insurance is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
