Product Manager - search and discovery (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Ember Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Las Vegas, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
