Product Manager - search and discovery (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Summit Medical is a Jacksonville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
