Product Manager - search and discovery (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Cedar Banking Services is a regional lender in Jacksonville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 804 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
