Product Manager - search and discovery (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
