Product Manager - search and discovery (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Kestrel Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 866 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
