Product Manager - search and discovery (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
