Product Manager - search and discovery (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Iron Financial Group is a financial-services company in Indianapolis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
