Product Manager - search and discovery (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Nova Haven Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
