Product Manager - search and discovery (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Indianapolis with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
