Product Manager - search and discovery (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Maple Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Honolulu, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 496 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
