Product Manager - search and discovery (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Kestrel Markets serves neighbourhoods around Honolulu with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
