Product Manager - search and discovery (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Field Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Grand Rapids, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
