Product Manager - search and discovery (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
