Product Manager - search and discovery (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vista Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
