Product Manager - search and discovery (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ridge Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
