Product Manager - search and discovery (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around Fort Worth with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
